Tenda Nova MW12 is a mesh Wi-Fi system that, with three devices, can - according to the manufacturer - provide a fast wireless network on an area of up to 500 square meters. For the past two weeks, I've had the opportunity to check it out.Efficient access to high-speed Internet throughout the home involves not only choosing the right external connection provider, but also choosing a home network solution.More and more modern devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptops, connect to the outside world via a wireless network, so it is worth making sure that it reaches every place where we are, and that it has the right quality. One of the best solutions in this situation is to use the mesh Wi-Fi system. This allows the network to cover every room in the house and ensures that our device is always connected to the node that provides the best signal parameters.Additionally, switching between such nodes is smooth and completely transparent for the user.A set of three Tenda Nova MW12 devices was included in my tests.I checked its usefulness in an apartment in a tenement house with thick brick walls (ground floor), in a garden adjacent to the building and a basement. What came out of it?You will find out from the following review, which I invite you to read and comment on.Tenda Nova MW12 has the shape of a cube with an edge of 10 cm.The white walls of the device are decorated with a small pattern, which additionally makes its appearance more attractive. At the top we find a diode informing about the operation of the "router".At the bottom, in the recess, there are three RJ45 sockets and a power socket. There is also a Reset button, rubber feet and holes for hanging the unit on the wall. The set included three Nova MW12 devices and three power adapters. The set has been supplemented with an Ethernet cable and a short Quick Installation Guide, also in Polish.Source of photos: Marian Szutiak / Telepolis
